Climate Change

If you have been following my recent blogs about Bedford Square in London then you will be interested to know the latest news.

Yesterday I received a friendly e-mail invite from a company called InferMed who have offices in the area.Their Vice President read my blog about not being able to get inside this residents only garden and has invited me to take a tour as the company is one of the lucky key-holders.This is a generous gesture and, despite my concerns about the safety of the area following the discovery of a dead body in the garden last week, I have accepted .Very excited about this opportunity.

No date has been set yet but we are trying to organise the visit for May .Hopefully by then the sun will be shining again and the Square will be looking at its best, full of flowers and back to the oasis of calm it has always been.

Looking forward to blogging about this experience so please stay in touch.

I am not an experienced gardener - more of an enthusiastic amateur who learns by trial and error and who is keen to "manage" the effects of shifting weather patterns on my garden. Writing this blog is my passion and it has evolved over 12 years to inspire engagement with climate change outside our back doors, in our personal gardens and green spaces. My mission is to fertilise and expand this platform to grow a community of global gardeners communicating about the effects of climate change on our plants and exploring how each individual can make small changes in our lives to become more sustainable. The future of our gardens and #OurPlanet is in our hands - please plant your own seeds for our collective sustainable future.
